Array (Author: Zhiqiang Li) problem

Array is really a nice script, but i have a problem.
I've already tried to offset my array layers duration, using all "Duration" parameters (start time, inpoint, outpoint), according "Array Introduction Video" (for about 3'06"), without success. All the layers move together along timeline.

I am not sure if this is a bug or an error of mine.

Anyway, i've recorded a short video showing the problem.
I'd really appreciate any help about...

I forgot to report i am using After CS4 and Array 1.52
